Wow, spent the day with host family and six schooners* later I’m not feeling so good, lol…

*Schooners = about 15 oz… not amazing but six of them without much to eat except an Aussie pie** is enough to cause havoc! My host guy who is like in his sixties did better than me!!!! In my defense I think the beer here is a little more potent than back in the States. My favs are Pure Blonde or Carlton Draught.

I must admit that adding "tomato sauce" (AKA ketchup) makes them taste better, but they are basically low-grade meat with gravy in a pie crust. Very odd!
